U.S. Government Partisan?
The U. S. Republican Party have the Presidency and are one-shy of the majority in United States Senate. This is a potentially dangerous situation, since it is never advisable for one party to have control of an entire government. Relations and trade with other countries will be affected. The Republican platform is "Pro" big business and big money and "Anti" social and economic issues and programs, as we've already seen with the decline of the U.S. economy and abandonment of social programs. Any improvement that underprivileged and challenged individuals and groups were hoping for will be tossed aside for the next four years. More aggressive action, much tougher demands and an unyielding stand will be necessary in order to avoid a backslide in the quality of life for the majority of the U.S. population. The Republican party will throw aside any improvement suggested by the Democratic party, regardless of it's merit. Contrary to what they profess during elections, the U.S. Republican Party DOES NOT support Bi-partisanship!
